Internet users were opened wide the door to hacking victim. Hackers even just take a second to break the password.

In his latest report, safety data provider that analyzes password Imperva says laziness causes the user to use the same password for different accounts simple. Though simple password is easily penetrated are with brute-force techniques.

The report, titled Consumer Worst Practices password that analyzes 32 million passwords are leaked by Rockyou.com in December.

The Company estimates that a minimal effort in selecting a password to a hacker to access your account in just one second or 1000 accounts every 17 minutes.

Brian Contos, chief security strategy at the Imperva says scary part is that most people use the same password to access various accounts including Facebook, email and bank accounts.

"Ideally you should have a different password for everything, but it can be difficult to remember," said Contos.

Users must have a minimum of two sets of passwords, especially when accessing sensitive data such as banking, advising Contos said.

Password is short and simple means many users are vulnerable to the basic forms of cyber attacks known as brute-force attacks.

For companies, the insecurity of passwords has serious consequences. Employees use the same password on Facebook and the workplace can bring the possibility of hijacked systems, especially if such password predictable '123456 '.

This report gives us a good understanding of how people choose a password, and that many organizations that do not use encryption to secure passwords.
